The conditions of our 30-day satisfaction guarantee are as follows: Our Satisfaction Guarantee here at Skateboard Ramps & Rails is for 30 days from the date our customer receives the product. We want you to be satisfied with our products and feel confident and secure with your purchase. This satisfaction guarantee is solely at the discretion and obligation of skateboardrampsandrails.net, and is in no way related to the manufacturers warranty. We will not accept a return based on defects in workmanship or materials of any kind. The manufacturer supplies a full 1-year warranty of it's own to resolve issues based on defects. Skateboard Ramps & Rails holds no responsibility whatsoever should a product be defective from the manufacturer.

No return will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) obtained from skateboardrampsandrails.net. Product must be accompanied with a copy of the original receipt. There will be a 15% restocking fee (15% of the original price without the shipping charges). The item must be returned in it's original condition without any modifications or customization of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to custom paint and/or stickers. It must not be damaged in any way aside from normal wear sustained by normal use. Purchaser pays the shipping cost to return the product. Our Grinding Rails are built out of 21 - 35 lbs (5' and 7' 6" respectively) of 15-Guage High Yield High Tensile Strength steel.  That includes the bases and extensions.  When steel is on concrete it cannot be considered a non-slip environment.  You can expect the rail to slide occasionally when grinding on concrete.  This is to be expected and not much can really be done about it.  Our rails do come with non-slip pads, but they will wear off over time.  If you are inquiring about the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and your dissatisfaction revolves around the rail(s) sliding on concrete, this would not be a valid reason to exercise the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee option.  We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Our rigid quality control insures the consumer of a product without defect from material or workmanship. MOJO Rails, Inc.® offers a limited warranty against defective material and workmanship. Warranty extends for 12 months from date of purchase. Prior approval from MOJO Rails, Inc.® required on all returns. Bill of sale should accompany all returns. Warranty covers only ordinary usage of product for the end use for which the product was designed. This Warranty does not cover the following: Normal wear and tear, Damage caused by misuse, abuse or vandalism. Product Powder Coated Finish and Anti Skid tape. Product which has been modified in any way other than by seller. Damaged caused by rain, fire, earthquake or other natural causes or acts of nature. Liability of the seller under this agreement is limited to the repair and replacement of the goods specifically sold here under according to the terms and conditions of the warranty described above. There are no other warranties express, implied or statutory, or representations with respect to the quality of the goods. Warranty repairs will take place at the manufactures place of business only. Manufacturer will not be responsible for any delivery or shipping costs associated with any warranty repairs unless otherwise pre-approved by the manufacturer in writing.
